West Side Food Bank

The Robert Nelson Foundation has provided a $5,000.00 grant to the Westside Food Bank. The grant is to assist in the operation of the mobile food pantries that the organization provides. The mobile pantries serve Culver City, Santa Monica, and West Los Angeles. The food reaches 72,000 households comprised of 153,000 individuals who live in neighborhoods from La Brea to the Ocean, and from Inglewood to Malibu that collectively serve almost 400 households weekly. The foundation is excited to support such a great effort to provide nutritious food to individuals and families who need it most.
